FTC Scorer 2022-23 1.0

The app under review serves as an unofficial tool designed to enhance the experience of scoring, timing, and randomizing practice matches in the FIRST Tech Challenge for the 2022-2023 season, titled POWERPLAY, presented by Raytheon Technologies.

Upon accessing the main screen, users are able to efficiently record the scoring for their entire alliance. It prominently displays the total points accumulated, along with any penalties incurred by the opposing alliance at the top of the interface. This feature is particularly useful for maintaining accurate and real-time awareness during matches.

The timing screen is effectively organized, providing a clear view of the current time on the clock while also playing relevant match sounds to enhance the competitive atmosphere. Notably, users can transition between scoring and timing modes seamlessly; even when in scoring mode, the timer and sound effects continue to operate, allowing for coordinated and dynamic gameplay management.

Furthermore, the randomization screen adds an additional layer of functionality by displaying randomized numbers alongside correct signal orientation and matching signal zones. This feature aids teams in preparing and strategizing for upcoming matches.
